Plan:

Join us for a north facing ride on Sunday to leave at 9am sharp. Riding to Romsey then through Wallan, Whittlesea, Kinglake and home.

230km in approximately 3.5 - 4 hours.

Report:

We left a few minutes after 9, heavy traffic on Kings Way as Burnley tunnel closed.

GPS decided to take us to Wallan first instead of Romsey, so went on to Whittlesea, Kinglake and stopped in Healsville for coffee and some munchies.

29 degrees plus on the way back.

Easy ride - home by 2pm.

Wayne, you should change the last leg of the ride to avoid Dandenong. I believe most people would go home on the M1 or Ferntree Gully Rd.

Good to see a few more on board. I think the weather may screw us but then again its Melbourne so hopefully we'll be lucky.
